Please have your student ready 5 to 10 minutes earlier than the estimated time for the first few weeks of school. Times should settle in by the end of the third week. Students who are transported by North West Suburban will receive route information in the mail. Welcome to the Rockford Transportation DepartmentPlease help us to update our records! It’s that time of year again! We are in the process of reviewing our routes and making the necessary changes to accommodate ridership. To do this, we need the most current information concerning your child’s school transportation. Please complete and return the Decline Transportation form or the Daycare/Change form as described below if they apply to your child. The forms can be found on the school website under Transportation. Decline Transportation Form: If your child will not be using bus service for the 2012-2013 school year, please fill out a Decline Transportation form. At anytime during the school year, you may contact us to change this whether the change will be short or long term. Daycare/Change Form: If your child will be attending daycare, please fill out a Daycare Form even if they will be attending the same daycare as last year. This ensures that we have the correct daycare information each year. If your child used daycare last year but will be taking the bus to or from home this year, please use this form and return it using your home information in the daycare section.
